1-year “It just works” guarantee

If anything we delivered at launch breaks or stops working as intended, I fix it at no charge for 12 months after go-live. Corrective fixes are separate from new enhancements. Ongoing feature work is billed hourly under Post-launch support.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Edits you or another vendor make to code, plugins, or content after handoff
  • New features, redesigns, or copy changes beyond fixing what shipped at launch

After launch, ongoing changes (new pages, redesigns, content overhauls, or regular updates) are billed hourly. That keeps the guarantee focused on what we shipped, while you still have a simple path when you want the site to evolve.
